Description

Cool down and perk up with this iced matcha latte recipe! Just dissolve your matcha powder, sweeten as desired & add to your cold milk & ice!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/4 tsp matcha powder*
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup oat milk (more or less depending on your glass)
  • Ice cubes (to preference)

*Ingredients you need that are not part of our pantry and freezer tips.

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass half way with ice cubes (or more if you prefer more ice).
  2. In a small dish, combine matcha powder with 1 tbsp hot water and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Whisk with a matcha whisk in an “M” pattern or use a wire whisk until the matcha is smoothly combined. Make sure there are no clumps stuck to the sides or bottom of the dish.
  3. Add desired cold plant milk to the glass and then pour the matcha mixture over top. Stir to combine and enjoy!

Notes

Approximate Cost: CAD $1.27 vs. roughly $4.25 if purchased out.
