Refreshing and sweet! This mango mint green smoothie can use up your fresh or frozen ingredients and start your day off positively minty!

- 2 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup mint (fresh or frozen, you can use the thinner stems too)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 cup water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango

Instructions
- Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth!
- Keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days.

*Feel free to switch the spinach for another leafy green. Alternatively, you can omit the spinach and add more fruit if you need to ease into the greenness!
