Tahini makes the creamiest oatmeal ever! Try this simple maple tahini oatmeal for a delicious breakfast to get you ready for your day.

			- 1 cup oats, quick cooking (can use rolled)
 - 2 cups water
 - Sprinkle of salt
 - 2 tbsp tahini
 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
 - 4 deglet noor dates, pitted and chopped
 - 1 sliced banana*
 - 1/2 tbsp flax seed or chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Add oats, water and a pinch of salt to a small pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a low simmer.
 - Stir in tahini, maple syrup, chopped dates, sliced banana and any seeds you’re adding.
 - Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes until the oatmeal is creamy, the excess liquid is absorbed, and your desired consistency has been reached.
 - Top with any remaining banana, toasted sesame seeds, and any additional toppings you love.
