Description
This tropical jackfruit smoothie bowl is loaded with sunshine! Blend up ripe jackfruit, mango, pineapple, and banana for instant happiness!
Ingredients
- 1 530ml can ripe jackfruit in syrup, drained (see notes for using less)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup water (or coconut water for more tropical flavour)
- optional: add 4 or more ice cubes for a frostier texture

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and pulse until the frozen pieces are broken down enough to blend.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- To serve, pour into bowls and top with desired toppings. Fresh or dried fruit, coconut flakes, and chia seeds are great options!

*Since this smoothie is full of delightful sweetness, we tend to use only half the can of jackfruit (reserving the rest of the fruit, with its syrup, in a mason jar). We also cut the pineapple from 1 cup to ½ cup. So feel free to give that a try, your smoothies will be slightly smaller, but you get all the tastiness… and you will save CAD $2.07!
*Use coconut water in place of regular filtered water for extra tropical flavour. We love to use reserved coconut water from recipes like our 5 Minute Whipped Cream for smoothies!
