- 1/2 fresh ripe mango*
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce or 1/2 Thai red chilli pepper (deseeded)

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your blender.
- Blend until smooth and combined.
- To serve as a dipping sauce for fresh rolls, garnish the top with red chili flakes. Alternatively, use it as a sweet and spicy topping for burgers or salads!
