The snack I make when it feels like I have no snacks in the house 😅 CHIA PUDDING takes just a couple of minutes, it’s full of PROTEIN & FIBRE and you can load it up with fresh fruit, nut butters, and any other toppings you love!

Ingredients: Simple Chia Pudding (makes 4 servings)
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups plant milk 
1-2 tablespoon maple syrup to sweeten, optional
2-4 tablespoon nut or seed butter, optional
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
*Top with fresh or dried fruit, toasted nuts & seeds, toasted coconut, another drizzle of nut butter, chocolate chips… etc!

Method:
Combine chia seeds with milk and stir right away with a fork or whisk to disperse the seeds so they don’t clump together. 
Add any sweeteners, nut/seed butters, extracts and stir again. 
Refrigerate for 15 min to thicken.
Top however you like and enjoy! 
Leftovers last for up to 5 days in the fridge
