Best Peanut Butter To Use
A natural, unsweetened peanut butter will be the most versatile to have in your fridge.
I confess… I have a small addiction to peanut butter. So having a versatile jar in the fridge means I can have peanut butter for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert! Not really… I do try to keep my consumption under control… some days are better than others. BUT,
A natural peanut butter, where peanuts are the only ingredient listed on the label, will allow you to seamlessly add it to both your sweet and savoury dishes!
I grew up eating sweetened peanut butter, so switching to unsweetened took some getting used to. If you’re like me, you may be weirded out by the oil that accumulates on the surface of natural peanut butter. Some brands will require you to give the peanut butter a stir before every use, but others will require an initial stir and then stay smooth and combined afterwards.
